Return Policy

We cut and sew your boxer shorts upon your demand. We carry inventory of the fabrics and materials to create your boxer shorts. Very little finished product is kept in inventory (only items that we might create by mistake, or items return unopened, which land on our bargain page). Thus, the time it takes us to get your boxers off to you may be a little longer than you would expect from an Internet retailer. Even though this is so, we typically get your order into production within a week from the day your order arrives. Each pair is meticulously crafted just for you. We use top-quality materials in the construction of your boxer shorts. The fabrics we purchase are handled by us first before purchasing to insure quality and softness. Not just any fabric will have the privilege of becoming esteemed City Boxer shorts. The other materials, especially the waistband, are of the finest quality as well. As you can see, quality is our number-one concern. In light of all of this, there is rarely a reason for returning boxer shorts to us. Be this as it may, we will accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Pre-approval Required
All return requests for refund, exchange, or due to defect in boxers, must be pre-approved before sending the boxers back to us. You can send email to returns_1@cityboxers.com for such approval. Requests for returns for refund, exchange, or due to defect in boxers, must be made within 30 days from the date you receive the boxers you want to return.
Timing Your Return
All returns for refund, exchange, or due to defect in boxers, must be returned to us within 10 days from the date we pre-approve the return.
Returning for Refund
We will only accept the return of new, unworn boxers for refund. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling. We will not accept boxers that are not in their original, unopened package.
Returning for Exchange
We will only accept the return of new, unworn boxers for exchange. We will not accept boxers that are not in their original, unopened package. We cannot guarantee that we will have the same boxers available when you return your boxers for exchange. We may, at our discretion, substitute a similar style or issue a refund in place of an exchange.
Returning Due to Defect in Boxers
Launder defective boxers, if they were worn, before sending them back to us. Also send along a description of what the defect is. At our discretion, we will either (1) exchange the boxers, (2) refund your purchase price, or (3) repair the defective boxers (if this can be done in a way that does not degrade the boxers). Improper washing is not considered a defect in the boxers. Damage to boxers caused by opening packages with a sharp object is not considered to be a defect in the boxers. Boxer defects might include chain stitched seams that have unraveled, stitches that were missed or improperly done, or obvious flaws in the fabric or other materials used in the construction of the boxer short.
Reshipment Charges
* Exchanges may be subject to reshipment charges to cover postage costs.
* Denial of refund or exchange may be subject to reshipment charges to cover postage costs.

Return Documentation
When returning boxers for exchange or credit, include a copy of the packing slip that came along with your boxer shorts. Be sure to include a statement outlining how you would like us to handle your return.
